Choose from either a 1 day or 2 day* workshop. (2 Day workshop- SOLD OUT)
You will have the opportunity to design and make a unique piece of mosaic art for the garden full of colour, texture and shimmer.
1 day workshop: 1x single sided project
2 day workshop*: 1x large art shard, 1x double sided or 2x single sided projects, 1x pair of double sided birds

This project based workshop will give you the opportunity to select a shaped substrate as your starting point.
Projects include: Art Shard, Large Art Shard, Large Droplet, Shimmer Shard, Garden Birds.
If you choose a 2 day workshop, you will have more time to work on a smaller piece, create 2 projects or create a larger piece of artwork such as the LARGE ART SHARD.
You will learn to cut, shape and apply a a range of different tiles to compliment and realise your design. A wide range of coloured and textured materials will be available for you to choose from.
No experience necessary, help and guidance given on every aspect of the project from design, selecting a colour pallet and appropriate materials as well as 1:1 and group demonstrations throughout the workshop.
All abilities welcome.
Suitable for age 16+
Your mosaic will be grouted for you after the workshop (unless you chose to grout at home).
All materials, tools and equipment provided.
Refreshments including drinks, biscuits, fruit etc. provided, but please bring a packed lunch. Kitchen available with fridge/ microwave/ toaster/kettle etc.
At checkout: You will be asked which project you would like to work on from a suggested list.
Don't worry if you are unsure, there will be a variety of options on the day if you change your mind.
With project based workshops, It's always helpful for me to know roughly what everyone will be working on, so that I can do as much preparation for you before the workshop as possible.
